‘You live under rock if you don’t know Phyna’ — BBNaija’s Christy O hits Davido

Christy O, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, has aimed a thinly veiled dig at Davido for saying that he does not know Phyna, her colleague.

The Afrobeats star’s remark came after Phyna, the 2022 BBNaija winner, called him out for liking an offensive tweet about her.

Davido’s response to Phyna attracted a chorus of condemnation among the reality TV star’s fans and colleagues; some of whom accused him of being arrogant and disrespectful.

Joining the fray, Christy O argued that only someone who “lives under the rock would not know who Phyna is”.

The reality star also urged Phyna not to expect “everyone to like you”.

Tacha Akide, another reality TV star, also showed support for Phyna.

“I know you, Phyna. We plenty wey know you,” she wrote.

Christy O rose to fame after participating in the BBNaija ‘Level Up’ season in 2022.
