Yinka Ayefele, Nigerian music producer and gospel singer, has confirmed the arrival of a set of triplets with Temitope Ayefele, his wife, in the United States.

The good news comes nearly six weeks after the 51-year-old father of three had issued a denial to douse reports claiming that his wife put to bed.

“Fake News, Fake Pictures. That picture was taken 7yrs ago during my younger brothers naming at music house in Ibadan. Thank you all for Wishing me well and I claim it in Jesus name,” Ayefele had said on June 6.

The talented gospel producer, however, took to his Instagram page on Friday to share a video where he is seen clearly elated as he flaunts his babies — two boys and a girl.

Ayefele, owner of Fresh 105.9 FM, a popular radio station in Ibadan, Oyo state, is also believed to be in Maryland, where Temitope gave birth to the triplets.

The music maestro has been on a wheelchair after he got caught in a ghastly auto crash that damaged his spinal cord in 1997. But in 2019, the singer had expressed a strong belief that he’ll be able to use his legs again.

“At a point, yes! But I’m an incurable optimist. I’m of the firm belief that nothing is impossible. I know I will still walk again. I believe that with God, all things are possible,” he had said in an interview.

The multiple award-winning gospel crooner has continued to release albums since 1998. His music has gained traction so much that he was awarded the cultural ambassador in Ekiti.

Ayefele, who got married to Temitope in 2000, sings in different languages including English, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa.
