Oludemilade Alejo, Nigerian rapper better known as Ycee, has announced that his debut album dubbed ‘YCee vs Zaheer’ will be released on November 8, 2019.

The Afropop artiste, who announced this on Wednesday on his Instagram page, said the forthcoming project will have 15 tracks.

He disclosed that the album will feature prominent singers such as Ms Banks, Phyno, Davido, Niniola and Dapo Tuburna.

According to him, the new album will also feature top-notch producers including Elmore, Krizbeatz, Willis Give Dem, Syn X among others.

“#YCeeVsZAHEER 2019 has been a very life changing year for me, not just as an artiste but also as a human being,” he wrote.

“My musical journey has been filled with so many experiences … good and bad, highs and lows, losses and lessons, learning and evolution.

“It is with ultimate pleasure and absolute excitement that I am pleased to announce that MY DEBUT ALBUM #YCeeVsZAHEER WILL BE DROPPING ON THE 8th OF NOVEMBER 2019 AND I PROMISE IT WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT.”

The rapper explained that his choice of ‘Ycee vs Zaheer’ as the album title was a deliberate attempt to display his singing (YCee) and rapping (Zaheer) sides.

The popular rapper was recently nominated for the 2019 Headies Awards.
