The deluxe version which will be released on August 27 is expected to contain four extra songs.
‘Essence’, the Tems-assisted standout track on the album, had propelled the project to new heights in the past few months.
Prominent among the successes recorded by the single is its ascent on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
In July, the song had debuted on the highly coveted US music chart at number 82, becoming the first Nigerian song to crack the chart.
‘Essence’, over the space of four weeks, then jumped by 23 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 to peak at 59th place.
On Saturday, the song reached a new height of 44 on the coveted chart.
‘Made In Lagos’ (MIL), Wizkid’s fourth studio album, was released in October 2020.
The 14-track project featured global heavyweights like Damian Marley, Skepta, H.E.R, and Ella Mai alongside Burna Boy.
The Grammy winner is also scheduled to perform the project at London’s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena on November 28.
