In the trailer, the spotlight beamed on the relationship between Washington (Malcolm), who acted as a filmmaker, and Zendaya (Marie), his girlfriend.

The love between the pair came under test when they both opened up on their previous relationships.

Netflix is said to be planning for an Academy Award campaign for the forthcoming project, which it acquired for $30 million during the virtual Toronto International Film Festival.

The movie is said to be written and filmed during the coronavirus pandemic with the production team strictly observing safety protocols introduced by the government and Hollywood authorities.

Zendaya and Washington have continued to pull the strings, snagging awards and recognitions for starring in prominent roles in movies.

The American movie star cum singer made the headlines in September last year when she became the youngest winner of the best lead actress in the drama series category at the Emmy Awards.

Washington, on the other hand, also starred in several hit movies including ‘Tenet’, a sci-fi film by Christopher Nolan and ‘BlacKkKlansman’ a 2018 crime film by Spike Lee.
