Saheed Osupa, the iconic Fuji singer, has shown his appreciation to a die-hard fan in a big way.

On Thursday, a woman who sells onions at Oje market in Ibadan went viral after an interview where she professed her unwavering admiration for Osupa’s music.

The woman identified as Asake Alalubosa even vowed to dedicate her resources to supporting him if she were wealthy.

“If I am wealthy, I will spend my money for Saheed Osupa. May God spare my life and Osupa’s life,” she said.

“I like Saheed Osupa so much, I am always excited about him. His songs makes me happy.”

The video caught Osupa’s attention, leading to a meetup between the singer and his diehard fan.

In an Instagram video shared on Monday, the Fuji star is seen with Asake at the location where she sells onions.

He also gave her some money to boost her business, adding that her viral video “gave me goosebumps”.

“Some days ago, a woman identified as Asake Alubosa caught my attention with her expression of genuine love for me and my music,” he wrote.

“Without a doubt, you can tell that she is a die-hard fan. Watching her funny and emotional interview gave me goosebumps.

“I felt so moved with her statement “I owe Saheed Osupa and will definitely spray him when God blesses me enough.

“I found her worthy of my attention and appearance. So I walked in to her shop at Oje market in Ibadan , Oyo to surprise and bless her with a token.

“I pray almighty God bless the little seed and make it a new beginning for her

“Asake is just one out of the millions of fans that are very optimistic of what the future holds for them and are ready to spend their last kobo in appreciation of my artistic delivery and musical dexterity.”
