Kizz Daniel, the Nigerian singer, has put out the visuals for ‘Pour Me Water’, a track off ‘Barnabas’, his latest extended play (EP).

The singer took to his Instagram page on Friday to announce the release of the visuals with a lengthy note wherein she described the concept of the music video.

“Just wanted something unusual, interpreting the video in a representational format using elements of nature like fire, water and sand to explain the complexity of what an individual goes through after a heartbreak: the pain, the disappointment, but at the same time still maintaining a good appearance,” he wrote.

The less than 3-minute video comes on the heels of his recently released 7-track EP, which has continued to amass massive airplay across the country.

‘Pour Me Water’ visuals tells the tale of broken relationships and the difficulty in trying to move on.

The ‘Woju’ crooner has continued to pull the strings in the country’s music industry with numerous beautiful projects which have snagged several awards and recognition.

Daniel signed a record deal with G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013 but left the label following a publicised contract dispute and court case.

He would later establish Fly Boy Inc, his own record label, in November 2017. The singer is best known for hit tracks like ‘Woju’ and ‘Yeba’.
