John Ighodaro, Nigerian singer better known as Johnny Drille, has dropped a teaser for ‘BWFA’, his debut album, billed for release in September.

The Mavin Records artiste shared a short clip of the much-awaited project on his Instagram page and urged fans to get ready for its release.

In the video, the ‘Bad Dancer’ crooner is seen standing at a beach while crooning about his pains and day-to-day struggles.

Amid his sober reflection, he was accosted by two men who subjected him to intense beating that left several scars on his body.

“I found a love that never dies. Album, BWFA out in September” he wrote in a terse post accompanying the video.

In an earlier post, the 31-year-old singer assured his fans that the project would be worth the wait when finally released.

“My album is out this September. I’ve waited forever to be able to share this piece of me with you and I’m ready,” he wrote.

“A part of me hoping that you are but the other knows you’re not ready for what’s coming. This is going to be the album, our album. I promise you that.”

The Edo-born musician has continued to blaze the trail in the Nigerian music industry with several hit projects and recognition.
