Diane Russet, the former housemate of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality Tv show, has put out a gripping and romantic short movie titled ‘Mo and Mel’.
The reality star took to her Instagram page to announce the movie’s premiere after months of teasing.
“Mo and Mel, coming to you on RussetTV by 8pm, 8th June 2022. Set your reminders,” she wrote.
The movie was directed by Michael ‘AMA Psalmist’ Akinrogunde and produced by Divine Favour Ibeh under Diane Russet Productions.
‘Mo and Mel’ centers around two lovers who struggle to find a balance in their love life and make their relationship work out.
The film stars Russet and Taye Arimoro who both play the characters of Mo and Mel.
Diane was shot into the limelight after participating in the fourth season of the BBNaija show.
After leaving the reality show, she put out her first short film titled ‘The Therapist’, where she featured Iyanya, the Nigerian singer.
She has also featured in some other short films such as ‘There’s something wrong with the Bamidele’s’ and ‘Ricordi’.
