Chukwuka Ekweani, the Nigerian singer better known as Ckay, has put out the visuals for ‘Mmadu‘, his hit single.
The music star announced the release of the music video via his social media pages on Wednesday.
The less than four-minute video, directed by Ahmed Mosh, opens up with Ckay and his partner walking down a staircase toward a place of rendezvous.
Ckay is seen in the steamy visuals expressing his love for her over the exquisite dinner.
“I want you, I need you, whoa-whoa/ I see through your see-through, whoa-whoa/ You dey drive me crazy like chauffeur/ When I see you, I want to do you now, now/ Girl, I want you now, now/ Make I roll my loud, loud/ Make I glide pon the ting/ Make I slide pon the ting/ I go make you pass out,” he sings.
The music video comes a few months after the audio was released.
Ckay rose to prominence in 2019 after the release of his hit song titled ‘Love Nwantiti’.
He was formerly signed to Chocolate City, a member of Warner Music Group’s independent label services ADA.
Ckay is currently signed to Warner Music South Africa.
The singer has three extended plays (EPs) and an album to his credit — which are ‘Who the Fuck Is CKay? (2017), ‘CKay the First’(2019), ‘Boyfriend’ (2021) and ‘Sad Romance’ (2022) respectively.
