‘Goodbye’ is the second track off the singer’s second studio album ‘The Year I Turned 21‘.

The song features Asake, the Nigerian singer.

The almost three-minute video begins with Ayra Starr dressed in a bikini with a sheer mesh skirt strutting into a welding workshop alongside two ladies.

She then taunts her ex while expressing joy in meeting a new lover.

Asake also shows off lyrical prowess through his vocals.

The album ‘The Year I Turned 21’ follows the success of Ayra Starr’s debut project ‘19 & Dangerous’ in 2021.

Born Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, Ayra Starr became a viral sensation after releasing her hit track ‘Bloody Samaritan’ in 2021.

Under the music producer Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, the songstress has gained influence in the industry.

Ayra Starr was among the Nigerian music stars nominated for this year’s Grammy Awards.

She was nominated in the maiden ‘Best African Music Performance category for her hit song ‘Rush’.

The music star, however, lost to Tyla, the South African singer.
