Yul Edochie, the Nollywood actor, has gifted Daniel Eze, a visually-impaired fan, the sum of N100,000 for imitating him.
In an Instagram post, Edochie shared a video wherein Eze was delivering a solo performance while mimicking the actor’s deep and baritone voice.
Edochie, who appeared to have been impressed, immediately said he would be blessing Eze with N100,000.
“A blind fan of mine who mimicked my voice. He’ll get 100k today as soon as I receive his name and account details” he wrote.
The actor also called on other fans to make more videos as he seeks to see the ones with stronger performances.
” You can post your videos on your page then tag me. I want to see stronger performances. Good luck”.
To prove that he had fulfilled his promise, the actor shared Eze’s appreciation post on Instagram.
“He has received his 100k giveaway. For all those who would like to support him as well, you can reach him through @rude_king_official,” he added.
In the video, Eze appreciated Edochie, stating that the money will be useful for him in school. He also disclosed that he is a Mass Communication student at the University of Nigeria, Nsuka (UNN).
The actor-turned-politician had recently declared his intention to run for the presidency of Nigeria come 2023.
