Students of the St. Kizito High School, Iwopin in Waterside, Ogun state have received furniture from the state government.
Earlier, photos went viral showing students of the school writing their exams on the bare floor.
But in a series of footage surfacing on social media platforms on Tuesday, the school is seen receiving furniture in batches.
The furniture is courtesy of Dapo Abiodun, governor of the Ogun state.
Speaking on the development, an aide to the governor tweeted: “I’d like to inform everyone that students of St. Kizito High School, Iwopin, Ogun Waterside, Ogun State will no longer write their promotion exams sitting on the bare floor.
“We’ve provided them with chairs and tables. This is the second batch that we’d be supplying the school.”
