Gozie Okeke, Nigerian gospel singer, has been gifted a brand new car by Ejike Mbaka, spiritual director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN).

The musician and actor announced the gift via his Instagram page on Monday wherein he shared a video of himself inside the vehicle.

In a post accompanying the video, the gospel singer appreciated God for the gift while thanking the cleric for the gesture.

“All I have to say is thank you Jesus. My father in the Lord Rev Fr. Ejike Mbaka, you will hear from me soon. May God keep you for me in the name of Jesus Christ Amen. I love you with passion,” he wrote.

Okeke gained prominence after the release of ‘Akanchawa’, his hit album. He has continued to pull the strings of fame since then.

He has inspired several other popular gospel projects including ‘My Tears of Joy’, ‘Battle is Over’, and ‘A Cry For Mercy’.

Mbaka, on the hand, is renowned for his controversial comments which often dwell on happenings in the country’s political landscape.

The clergy had recently alleged that there was a plot to kill him after he was summoned by the Catholic Diocese of Enugu in May 2021.
