Footage of Matthew Hassan Kukah, the Catholic bishop of Sokoto diocese, dancing to ‘Buga’, Kizz Daniel’s hit single, has surfaced online and gone viral.

The clergyman turned 70 on Wednesday.

In the video, Kukah could be seen in a joyous mood as he danced at an event that was hosted in honour of his birthday.

He was then captured in the video lifting his arms up in a pompous fashion — in what appeared to be the trademark sign of the song.

Since it was released by Kizz Daniel, ‘Buga’ has enjoyed massive reception among music lovers and prominent figures across the globe

A challenge was earlier created on social media platforms to promote the hit track.

The song also found its way to the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primaries in Abuja some months ago, with delegates, aspirants, and the crowd vibing to it.

Shortly after he clinched the APC ticket to contest for a second term as Lagos governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu also danced to the song.
