Chioma Ikokwu, the reality star popularly known as Chioma Good Hair, has accused the Lagos state government of denying her access to retrieve her belongings from a demolished property.
The Real House Wives of Lagos (RHOL) reality TV star took to her Instastory on Thursday to share videos of what remains of her property.
Chioma said the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) had asked her to evacuate the premises where she runs her hair business and restaurant in Lekki.
She claimed while she and her team were still moving what remained of her property, the officials denied her access to her belongings.
Chioma posted videos of the demolished property and her interactions with the LASBCA officers. In one of the videos, she is seen arguing with a policeman who demands that she stop recording.
The footage also reveals that the building was marked for demolition in December 2024, with an evacuation date set for January 2, 2025.

Chioma insisted that she had already evacuated the property and was only trying to collect her remaining belongings.
She also questioned why the LASBCA officers were using policemen to “intimidate me and block access to my property”.
Chioma called for the intervention of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, asking someone to “get him on the line”.
“These people are claiming Lagos state. You have come. They have started demolishing our property. I said to them, ‘Okay, no problem. We pulled everything up here. From the containers to every single thing that is up here. We would take out our things by ourselves. We got a truck, and we started doing that. We started moving our things out at a grip,” she said.
“No problem. You have destroyed and demolished things. Even embarrassed us in front of our clients. Now, why are you still stopping us from moving our stuff out using policemen and all sorts of things to intimidate us? I do not understand. And you are claiming Lagos state. Someone should get Sanwo-Olu on the line. He needs to intervene in this.”
As of now, the LASBCA has not responded to Chioma’s claims.
