Victoria Inyama, the Nigerian actress, has expressed her disappointment over Yul Edochie’s second marriage.
The movie star had shocked his followers and a number of celebrities on Wednesday when he unveiled Judy Muoghalu as his second wife as well as their baby.
The unveiling had attracted the attention of May Aligwe, the actor’s first wife, who jumped on the post’s comment section and declared, “May God judge you both.”
It also sparked a wave of controversies on social media with users airing their thoughts on polygamy.
Joining the fray, Inyama said she was deeply hurt and embarrassed.
The actress also shared the thoughts of Pete Edochie, Yul’s father, on polygamy on her Instagram page.
In the post, Pete appeared to have condemned polygamy, while saying it isn’t a criterion for being a “real man”.
“Marrying two women doesn’t mean you’re a man. It just means you’re about to suffer and breed confusion among your generations.” the post read.
“Thank you sir, Pete Edochie. This hurts, I’m deeply hurt and embarrassed.” she wrote.

In the past, Inyama made headlines for several of her comments bordering on her failed marriage with Godwin Okri, her ex-husband, as well as parenting.
