In a recent episode of the Afrobeats podcast, the rapper described their friendship as “honest, easy, and family type”. He revealed that it started from conservation on the issues bedeviling Nigeria.

Vector also disclosed that he and Seun have similar activism goals but they approach it differently.

“The relationship is honest. We are easy minds even though we are complex minds as well. We see things similarly but not exactly the same,” he said.

“What sparked our friendship was when I asked Seun how he felt about Nigeria considering what his family has gone through. How do you feel when it feels like it is a waste of time?

“We are trying to get people to open their eyes to the basic principles of self-value. From when our conversation started, the relationship just became easy. My daughter and his daughter also became cool.

“The relationship is more family type and of mutual respect. There is heavy respect in between. Hopefully, we can take people’s minds to where they should be. Although we may have different approaches, the goal is the same, to make sure our people are strong about self-value.”
