Emeke Ndinwa, a final-year student of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), has been reportedly missing in Delta.
The 24-year-old student of the Theatre Arts department was said to have left his house in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, on November 28.
Although his whereabouts remained unknown since then, his family said his phone was tracked and it showed he visited Delta state.
Speaking with TheCable Lifestyle on Thursday, Cordelia Ndinwa, Emeka’s mother, confirmed that her son has been missing for days.
“It is true that he has been missing for days. I am the mother of Emeka and we are still on the lookout for him,” she said.
The mother said the family also put out contact numbers to reach if anyone comes across Emeka.
Pictures and physical descriptions of Emeka were also shared across all social media platforms.
“Missing person: Ndinwa Benedict Emeka. Age: 24. Height: 170cm (%’ 7”). Hair colour: black. Hair Length: Short (as seen in photo). Last Seen: Delta state Environs(Asaba, Abraka, Ogwashi- uku and Warri),” a Facebook post reads.
“Description: As seen in photo, he’s a student of Theatre Art, from the University of Port-Harcourt (UNIPORT), he has teeth braces on. If seen, kindly report to the nearest police station or call 08139268742, 07030287271 WhatsApp 08132133306.”
