NAN reports that Benedicta Ehanire, the varsity’s public relations officer, broke the news in a statement issued in Benin, on Tuesday.

According to her, only two selected students from each of the faculties would be physically present at the venue of the exercise.

She added that other matriculating students would participate on Zoom via links sent to their portals.

Ehanire added that members of staff and students are to constantly wear their face masks, as the COVID-19 protocol would be strictly enforced by the university.

The institution resumed for the 2019/2020 academic session in February — a few months after varsities across the country were shut due to the coronavirus pandemic and strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
