Ufuoma McDermott, the Nollywood actress, has taken to social media to celebrate her 13th wedding anniversary with Stephen McDermott, her husband.
In an Instagram post on Monday, the film star shared photos of their wedding ceremony as well as a recent family portrait to commemorate the special occasion.
In an accompanying caption, she wrote “happy 13th”.

Fans and colleagues have taken to the comment section of Ufuoma’s post to congratulate the couple on their anniversary.
Ufuoma met Stephen while she was studying in the United Kingdom.
The couple tied the knot on April 23, 2010.
Their union is blessed with two children — a boy and girl.
Ufuoma started a career in the entertainment industry in 2000 as a photographic model.
She later moved on to the runway and beauty pageants.
In February 2004, Ufuoma decided on a movie career. She made her debut in Zeb Ejiro’s ‘The President Must Not Die’.
In May 2005, she played her first lead role in ‘Life and Death’. By December 2005, she featured as Chibuzor on the Edge of Paradise TV series produced by Royal Roots network.
Ufuoma has since then featured in hundreds of movies.
