TRENDING: Nigerian celebs share hilarious photos as #10YearsChallenge fever spreads

A nostalgia-based hashtag is spreading like wildfire across Instagram and Twitter, with millions of users digging into their photo albums to bring out old, scrawny, pictures of themselves.

Social media users around the world have hopped aboard the #10YearsChallenge bandwagon and Nigeria is no exception.

To participate in the challenge, participants create a photo grid of two pictures; one, a throwback picture, approximately 10-years-old while the other, a most recent photo.

Nigerian celebrities did not pass up the opportunity to take part in the trending hashtag, as they posted pictures of their respective transformations.
