The high fashion workshop ‘Fashion 101’ will be returning to Lagos for a second edition.
Following the success of its maiden edition, the fashion skill-building programme will host another workshop from September 26 to 29.
The collaborative effort between Abi Goodman and the Toronto Fashion Academy, Canada, features high fashion designing, styling, modelling, makeup & photography training for young Nigerian.
The week-long first edition, which held in April, saw some participants win summer trips to Canada where they are scheduled to meet with acclaimed international designers and also grace some high profile fashion runways.
The debut workshop was attended by internationally acclaimed fashion icons like Abril Cervera and Ruth Xospa, celebrity photographer.
Selected participants have also been featured on different platforms like the Mexican High Fashion magazine.
Four other participants won free fashion internships in Canada courtesy of the Toronto Fashion Academy.
Registration for the workshop classes is open to interested candidates.
Upon completion of the workshop, an internationally recognised certificate of participation will be presented to participants as well as a chance to win a free internship in Canada.
