Toke Makinwa says purchasing a vibrator and other toys at 33 helped her figure out her sexual needs, adding that every female needs one to pleasure themselves.

The 35-year-old radio presenter and actress, who is renowned for her unorthodox relationship and lifestyle values, disclosed this while talking sex education during a recent episode of her vlog.

She also spoke about being the passive partner in past sexual encounters, adding that women wrongly assume that sex is something they are supposed to give to men.

“Why is sex seen as something ladies are meant to give men? Hearing many talks about women’s sex life, I realized they’re not really living. Women deserve orgasms, a good time,” Makinwa said.

“In bed, I didn’t use to think I was bold. Even when a guy is not doing it right, I wouldn’t be able to voice out. When I turned 33, I realized that it was the age to come into my own and study myself.

“So I bought vibrators. I think every female should have one. I mean, are you crazy? You don’t have one in 2020? How do you know what your body needs, what the guy is supposed to do for you?

“Every female needs to take one day in a week to pleasure themselves by themselves. I’m not saying this because you’re a pervert, just that it could help you know what works for you and what doesn’t.

“So many people haven’t even had an orgasm. They depend so much on the guy to let you know what your body wants when you can discover that yourself.

“You’re an adult as long as you’re above 18. Just experiment with your vagina and see what it responds to so that when next you have sex, you’re coming in there confident.”

She had earlier made headlines for venting her grievances about the parenting values among African families.
