The 41-year-old disclosed this during a chat with Pearl Thusi, a South African TV host and actress.

“No way! I would love to do a collaboration with Rihanna-Cardi B. Rih-B,” the singer said giggling when she was asked to pick one of the singers over the other.

Tiwa Savage made the headlines in 2019 after she pulled out of DSTV’s Delicious International Food and Music Festival in solidarity with the outcry against xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

At the time, the songstress said: “I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. My prayers are with all the victims and families affected by this.”

Speaking further in the chat with Thusi, Tiwa said: “I actually want to apologise to South Africans. I just always knew I was gonna make it.

She also commented on the criticism leveled against celebrities online when she was asked whether she would do away with Twitter or Tik-Tok, saying: “Tik-Tok or Twitter? I’ll say Twitter.

“Because they’re mean on Twitter. It really is, I mean Tik-Tok is for fun. I get to do great and fun stuff on Tik-Tok with my son. It’s enjoyable. But Twitter is like, that place is hot, awful.”
