The Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday announced its award winners at an elaborate ceremony.
The 41st edition of TIFF was memorable for Nigerian filmmakers whose works were featured in TIFF’s “City To City” spotlight.
Eight Nigerian movies – The Wedding Party, 93 days, The Arbitration, Okafor’s Law, 76, Green White Green, Just Not Married and Taxi Driver – were premiered at the international film festival.
Here are the winnners from TIFF, which include ‘Kati Kati’, a Kenyan movie.
