AY and Basketmouth have been in the news over their lingering feud.

Addressing the reason for their years-long rift, AY said it started over money he is yet to receive for a show he anchored for Basketmouth.

Responding to AY, Basketmouth described his colleague’s account of the incident as “lies”.

He added that they were never friends.

In a recent interview with Naija FM, Agwu said he thinks there’s more to Basketmouth and AY’s feud than just the N30,000 payment.

He also said there may be reasons Basketmouth is upset with AY, which he has not made clear.
