Temi, a fashion blogger, disclosed this on her social media page on Saturday, in what appeared to be an advocacy for the inclusion of women in power.

“Women in power positions. We love to see it!” she wrote on Twitter.

Her comment comes on the heels of growing calls for women’s participation in politics — among others — as well as increased gender equality in the society.

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, award-winning Nigerian writer, had recently made a case for increased gender equality, noting domestic work is still seen as women’s primary duty in the world, despite the success of the #MeToo campaign.

Temi recently made the headlines for her inclusion in ‘Citation,‘ a forthcoming movie by Kunle Afolayan, award-winning actor.

TheCable Lifestyle had earlier reported her excitement in the forthcoming project, which is her debut appearance in a Nollywood movie.

“I’ll be starring in ‘Citation’, legendary filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s next feature film! Deeply humbled and excited to be shooting alongside many film legends in my on-screen debut,” she had written on social media platforms.
