Team Radicals — comprising Fairme David and Michky — has revealed that they entered this year’s BBNaija reality show without any strategy.

The pair was evicted from the ‘No Loose Guard’ house last Sunday after receiving the lowest votes from viewers.

In an interview with a few journalists, Fairme emphasized that they were their natural selves all through their time on BBNaija.

He said they did not enter the reality show with any strategy because they wanted people to be able to “relate to us”.

“We did not come with any strategy to be honest. If we came in with a different strategy, we would have formed like lover boys or gotten into a ship but we were just us,” he said.

“We just wanted them to see our original selves. It still okay if people can relate to us, that is just it. I just feel this is the time for us to leave, for us to go. Everything happens for a reason. What is ours is ours.”

On his part, Michky discussed the challenges of navigating the show as a pair.

The body builder said initially, he found it difficult to connect with housemates due to their diverse personalities. He said he eventually blended in with them as the show went on.

“The only part that was hard for me was getting to know other adults with different personalities in an enclosed space. It was not easy for me. However, I got to blend along the line,” he said.

Fairme revealed that they had discussed potential challenges before entering the show.

“We knew this kind of thing would happen before we got into the show, so it was not a big deal to us. We already knew that if any of us f****d up, it could also affects our partners,” he said.

“But what we just cared about was the platform, us making it into the show and doing our thing. That is just it.”
