Tayo Faniran, the Nigerian actor and model, has revealed that he has undergone various treatments to improve his appearance.
In a recent interview on Nollywood on Radio, Faniran discussed his experiences with veneers, beard enhancements, and hairline adjustments.
The film star explained that he is open about his procedures because he doesn’t want people to think that his appearance is solely due to God’s favor.
“I am guilty. I am also… I am guilty. I did my teeth, my teeth are veneers. I always tell people when they see my smile and they are like your teeth are so white, I do not want you to think that God was partial to me,” he said.
“So I tell them ‘look, I did this. I have veneers. These are like gemstones, they put it in your mouth, it is luxury. It is part of the things that make me feel like I am growing, grooving. Some people go clubbing, pop bottles and stuff like that.
“To some maybe I want to do shopping, my cologne, I am vain, I am a model. I did my beards as well, I had a lower beard line and my hairline, I was not bald but I just did it.”
Tayo became popular after participating in the ninth edition of Big Brother Africa in 2014.
He has starred in movies such as ‘Gangs of Lagos,’ ‘Ada Omo Daddy,’ ‘Labake Olododo,’ ‘Family Brouhaha,’ and ‘Who’s The Boss’.
