Great Daniel, a gospel artiste, has exited Eezee Concepts, a record label he was signed to.
Daniel was unveiled as the record label’s youngest artiste in July 2022.
This happened at around the same time when he would release his debut single titled ‘When Men See Me’.
The artiste has now alleged that he was “not treated appropriately” by the record label.
Daniel, in a statement via his Facebook page, announced his exit.
He said he would be transitioning into an independent artiste.
“I would like to address my current situation with EeZee Global by making a formal disclaimer. As some of you may be aware, I was previously signed to this record label as an aspiring artist as of July 1st, 2022,” the singer said.
“Regrettably, my experience with EeZee Concept did not meet my expectations.
“While I will not delve into specifics, I can assert that I was not treated appropriately. As a result, after much contemplation, I have opted to sever ties with the label.
“I wish to clarify that I am no longer associated with EeZee Concept in any capacity. I have embarked on my own independent music journey, and I would appreciate your support as I embark on this new chapter.
“Thank you for your understanding and encouragement. I anticipate sharing more of my music with you all in the future.”
TheCable placed a call and sent a message to EeZee Concept for its side of the story.
The label had yet to respond as of when this report was filed.
