Africa Magic is set to launch a slate of seven new original productions this October, featuring a mix of dramas, thrillers, epics, and a music reality competition.
The broadcaster announced the brand-new original shows on Tuesday at an exclusive industry showcase, highlighting its continued investment in homegrown content that reflects African cultures and stories.
The rollout began in late September with the dramatic supernatural thriller ‘The Low Priest’ and the family drama ‘Mother of the Bride’. The lineup continues this month with titles like ‘Etiti,’ the story of a warrior trapped between worlds, and ‘Rise Again,’ a redemption story about a dancer.
