Samuel Nwajagu, the Nigerian model, has become the first African to win the prestigious Mister International title.
The 16th edition of the Mister International ceremony was held in Bangkok, Thailand, and welcomed 47 entries from nations around the world, including debutant countries like Cameroon, England, Benin Republic, and Mali.
The contestants were taken on various adventures, including a tour of the city, and participated in preliminary stages that showcased their physical attributes, cultural attire, and formal wear.
They were also asked questions on topical issues, demonstrating their intelligence and charisma.
Nwajagu, Nguyễn Mạnh Lân of Vietnam, and Glenn Victor Sutanto of Indonesia emerged as the top finalists, with the Nigerian being announced as the overall winner.
Kim Thitisan Goodburn, the 2023 winner, crowned Nwajagu as his successor.

Nwajagu is a talented model from Anambra state with a passion for fashion, fitness, and wellness.
He is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt and has worked with prominent fashion brands like Tice Grandiose and Veejayrex.
Nwajagu believes in “embracing a healthy life through fitness while unlocking your full potential”.
In July, he was crowned the Miss International Nigeria which qualified him for the global event in Thailand.
