The former US president took to his Twitter handle on Saturday to share a total of 44 songs of divergent genres from around the world which he said are what he and Michelle, his wife, have been enjoying through the summer.

“With summer winding down, here’s a sampling of what Michelle and I have been listening to — some new, some old, some fast, some slow. Hope you enjoy,” he wrote.

Among the songs in the playlist are Drake’s ‘Feel Good’ featuring Rihanna; Beyonce, Childish Gambino and Jay Z’s ‘Mood 4 Eva’; John Legend’s ‘Alright’; Terrence Trent’s ‘Who’s Loving You’; Stevie Wonder’s ‘Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing’; and ‘Senorita’ by Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello.

Other artistes who’s songs or collaboration also made the list are Rihanna, Lauryn Hill, Sharon Van Etten, Mac Miller, the Black Keys, Lil Nas X, Ella Mai, Frank Sinatra, DJ Khaled, Charles Mingus, J Balvin, Erick Sermon and Mavin Gaye.

Rema’s ‘Iron Man’ was spotted on number 42 on the list as he appeared to be the only Nigerian on the list.

The talented singer, who was only signed to Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records in the early 2019, has quickly risen up the ranks and taken quite impressive career masterstrokes over the past few months.

He was recently nominated for the 2019 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) after having been acclaimed to have set a new record as the first Nigerian artist to debut five top songs on Apple Music.
