Rita Daniels, the actress and producer, has graduated with a law degree from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

NOUN is a federal open and distance learning institution in West Africa.

The varsity held its 12th convocation ceremony on Saturday, with over 28,740 students graduating from various fields of study.

The movie star took to her Instagram page to announce her graduation by sharing pictures from the convocation ceremony.

“The LLB Law 12th convocation of NOUN 2023 which took place Saturday 25th March, 2023,” she wrote.

Colleagues and fans have taken to the comment section of the post to congratulate the actress on her new milestone.

Rita is the mother of Regina Daniels, the actress. Regina is also the wife of Ned Nwoko, the businessman.

Just like her daughter, Rita began acting in church as a little girl.

She has featured in several movies and has become a household name in the industry.

In 2019, the actress delved into production with her movie ‘The Enemy I know’, a project that addressed gender equality and a place for the girl-child.

She is the current chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Delta chapter.
