DAVIDO SPEAKS ON SON’S DEATH, DROPS ALBUM

Davido, over the weekend, broke the silence about the death of Ifeanyi, his son with Chioma Rowland.

The Afrobeat star said Ifeanyi’s death was a loss he and his wife shouldn’t bear.

The singer said he had finished ‘Timeless’, his latest album, before his son’s demise — which made him take a step back.

Davido said the support he got from people across the world was what “helped me stand up again.”

“One thing that has helped was the support from everybody. Everybody knows that Chioma and I didn’t deserve that. If anybody in the world kind of deserves it, it shouldn’t be us,” he said.

CHARLY BOY OPENS UP ON PROSTATE CANCER BATTLE

Charly Boy, the activist cum musician, opened up on his battle with prostate cancer.

Speaking from the hospital bed, the singer appreciated God for saving his life from what he called the “jaws of death.”

“Today I am being discharged from the hospital. In my life, I am happy doing this video. I have fought so many battles. And I have won so many battles. But for the past ten days, I have been battling with something very huge,” he said.

“God saved my life and I beat that sucker. I have been fighting my prostrate issues. It’s not a small thing. I came from the jaws of death. That thing that has killed many people did not kill me.”
