In making the video for their latest joint effort, Phyno and Olamide turned to Instagram skits made by fans for inspiration.

“Big shout out to each and everyone that made a short video of #onyeoma. This video is inspired by you,” Phyno had said two days before ‘Onyeoma’ video was released.
Olamide and Phyno, longtime collaborators, can be seen deliberating on the direction of the video in the opening scene of the video and eventually decided to go for a fan-centric approach.
The video was directed by Clarence Peters.
