Tony Elumelu is celebrating his daughter’s graduation and Wizkid turned up for the party.
Elumelu is the chairman of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc.
Ogechukwu, his first daughter, graduated from the London School of Economics.
The entrepreneur shared pictures from the young graduate’s graduation party where Wizkid was present.
Wizkid, the Afrobeats star, was captured in the images, alongside Elumelu and his family.
Elumelu also shared photos of his daughter’s ‘sip n paint’ graduation party in the United Kingdom.
“Congratulations to Oge on graduating from the @londonschoolofeconomics today! You make us all so proud,” he said on Instagram.
Elumelu is a billionaire businessman, economist, and philanthropist.
He chairs Heirs Holdings and Transcorp, a diversified conglomerate with strategic investments and core interests in hospitality.
He is the founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
Elumelu was named on Time’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2020.
In October 2022, Elumelu received the National honour of ‘Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic’.
In 1993, the entrepreneur got married to Awele Vivien Elumelu, a medical doctor.
The couple has had twin sons and five daughters including Oge, Ogor, Onyinye, Nneka, and Ugo.
On the other hand, Wizkid has done impressively well for himself in global music.
He gained global prominence following his collaboration with Drake on the hit single ‘One Dance’ in 2016.
With a huge fanbase, several awards and honorary mentions, Wizkid is among the leading names in African music.
