Obotuke Timothy, the Nigerian comedian better known as Sirbalo, has held his traditional marriage.
The comedian shared photos from the event, which took place in Benin, Edo state, via his Instagram page.
In the now-viral photos, Sirbalo was seen donning a ceremonial Benin white shirt and red wrapper while his wife also rocked a beautiful traditional attire.
The traditional wedding was graced by his fellow skit makers including Cute Abiola and Officer Woos.
Sirbalo started his online comedy in 2018 and has established himself as a popular name in the industry since then.
He has garnered a huge social media following and collaborated with other popular comedians.
In September last year, he was in the news after he built an eight-bedroom house for his mother.
The comedian had said the gesture was to appreciate his mother for believing in him.
“Just completed 8 bed room house for my lovely mother. I remember 2014 -2015 when I was a bar man at Chamber Garden in Igando,” he had written.
“Every 6 am my mom will call me a pray with me till 6:30am (devotion) and she will end the prayer with ‘My son one day you will make me proud.’ That pray is working now IYAMI. Iyami ma jeun omo.”
