The Ojude Oba festival is an annual celebration for Ijebu indigenes.

Ojude Oba, which began over 100 years ago, holds on the third day after Eid el-Kabir.

The 2017 edition of the festival held on Monday, September 5.

The carnival-like celebration witnessed the attendance of dignitaries such as Gbenga Daniels, former governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun, incumbent governor of Ogun, and his wife, Olufunso Amosun, Kola Banjo, proprietor of First City Monument Bank, Yetunde Onanuga, deputy governor of Ogun and Sikiru Adetona, the Awujale of Ijebu land.
