Sola Shobowale, Joke Silva and Odunlade Adekola were among the Nollywood heavyweights who turned up for the private screening of the Netflix film ‘Jagun Jagun‘.
The premiere of Femi Adebayo’s movie was held on Wednesday in Lekki, Lagos state.
The colourful event witnessed the presence of the crème de la crème of Nollywood dressed in traditional Yoruba warrior attire.
The Afrocentric-themed event started with a red carpet session and ended with an after-party of drinking and socialising.
Some of the prominent actors who graced the movie premiere are Oga Bello, Muyiwa Ademola, Fathia Balogun, Funkẹ Akindele, and Kunle Remi.
Others include Lateef Adedimeji, Mr Macaroni, Kie Kie, Aisha Lawal, Dele Odule, and Yinka Quadri.
Set in ancient Yorubaland, ‘Jagun Jagun‘ tells the tale of a young man who is determined to become a powerful warrior. He joins an elite army while encountering the wrath of a maniacal warlord and the love of a fierce woman.
