In a recent interview on Zero Conditions podcast, Peruzzi said he and Daniel had recorded a track together titled ‘Gwagwalada’.

He said Daniel, however, gave the song to BNXN, another singer formerly known as Buju.

Peruzzi said he was surprised when he found out that ‘Gwagwalada’ had been released because “nobody reached out to me”.

He added that the development led to his resolution not to collaborate with Daniel “anytime soon”.

“We made music but he gave the song to Buju. I called Kizz for a collaboration. He played like random songs, and then he played ‘Gwagwalada’,” he said.

“And then he calls Buju to come so that we can decide on the song. He called him, the guy came. He sent me the song there, and then I took it to the house.

“Only for me to see that they have dropped the song one day without anybody reaching out to me.

“So yeah, I don’t think I am working with him anytime soon. Like right now, I don’t want to work with him. Make everybody dey their dey. Everybody knows the right thing to do”.

‘Gwagwalada’ is a track on ‘Sincerely, Benson’, BNXN’s debut album which was released in October. The song features Kizz Daniel and Seyi Vibez.

Peruzzi started to gain prominence after he joined Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) in November 2017.
