In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, the Super Eagles striker recalled how he earned money through menial jobs before he became successful.

The 26-year-old who plays as a striker for Süper Lig club Galatasaray on loan from Napoli disclosed that he fetched water for neighbours and washed algae-filled gutters for just N30.

“There was a building in front of my house, it was up of a ‘face me I face you’ house. I use to fetch water for people there for N80 most of the time,” he said.
