There have been speculations on social media that the artiste and Onyeka, the BBNaija season nine housemate, once dated.

This was after he expressed support for the reality star and her sister on his social media pages.

In a now-deleted post, an X user questioned why fans were “hyping Onyeka for being Odumodu’s ex”. The user also argued that the rapper is also a “woman abuser”.

“Can’t believe you guys are hyping Onyeka being Odumodu’s ex. Someone that is an abuser, eii,” the post reads.

In his reaction via X (formerly Twitter), the ‘Declan Rice’ hitmaker denied the allegation, saying he is neither a “misogynist nor an abuser”.

He also said he has “never laid his hands on any lady” while listing some women he has featured and worked with.

The 30-year-old added that he had to address the claims because of his “mother and family”.

“Time and time again I let you guys drag my name in the mud for things that are untrue, but not today. You cannot wake up and call me names because it suits your narrative. An abuser? You have gone too far,” he wrote.

“There is not one girl in this entire world, dead or alive, that can say ‘Odumodu laid his hands on me’ or, more popularly, say I was misogynistic towards them. Except the ones who want to drive their agenda, that I have let slide up until today.

“I featured Bloody Civilian, Tiwa Savage, Smur Lee, Amaarae, etc. My project managers na hardworking babes. Today, one babe came on here to say I am an abuser. She is the last one with a face that I will let slide.

“I will not take that. Not because I care about what the majority of you here think about me, but for the people that actually matter: my mother, my family, my fans.

“It is rubbish, and since you people don’t know where to draw the line, today we will draw it. He or she who has ears, let them hear. An eye for an eye. Peace and love.”
