The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has informed prospective corps members that there will be no room for date of birth correction on its certificate after completion of service.
In a post shared on its Twitter page on Tuesday, the scheme also said it won’t entertain such requests after deployment and commencement of service year.
It called on prospective corps members to utilize the link provided on their dashboards during online registration to correct any mistake relating to date of birth.
“Important information to all prospective corps members. There shall be no correction of date of birth on Certificate of National Service (CNS) after completion of National Service,” it wrote.

It, however, recently submitted a proposal for reopening of its camps to Chikwe Ihekweazu, director-general of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), for approval.

Please what’s our faith for those of us NYSC batch A Strim2, 2020. they can’t continue keeping us like that without camping or deployed us how long are we to being staying at home please they should do something about it.
As we all no people saying age is just a number in the case of Nigeria age is not just a number it count because in many cases in Nigeria employment there is always age limit.
