Ngozi Ezeonu has advised aspiring actresses to dress modestly, particularly during auditions.
In a viral video, the ace Nollywood actress was seen addressing two ladies who attended an audition where she was a judge.
Ezeonu questioned the ladies about their decision to attend the audition without wearing a bra.
She emphasized that such attire contributes to the perception that actors and actresses are “unserious” individuals.
The actress warned that she would disqualify anyone who appears at an audition she oversees without proper attire, specifically wearing a bra.
“Any other day I am on any audition table, and anybody comes in dressed like this, I will disqualify that person. How can you come to an audition ground without a bra?” she said.
“Who are you trying to impress? That is why people see us as people who are not serious. I am serious minded actor, you cannot catch me dressed like this.”
