In a post via his Twitter page on Saturday, Macaroni said he won’t “force or beg” anyone to vote for any candidate.
However, he stated that he is going to cast his vote for Peter Obi in the forthcoming election.
“I do not and will not campaign for politicians. I cannot force or beg any Nigerian to vote for a particular candidate,” he wrote.
“But come 2023, the person I will cast my vote for is Peter Obi! And that is final on this matter! Enough is Enough.”
This further stretches the list of celebrities that have shown their support for Obi.
Frederick Leonard and Zubby Micheal, the Nollywood actors, recently backed Obi up for the presidency.
Charly Boy also endorsed Obi as his presidential candidate for 2023.
He also promised to stage the “biggest ever rally” to support him before the end of the month.
Peter and Paul Okoye of Psquare, the music duo, also declared their support for the former Anambra governor.
Obi is contesting against Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), among others.
