An anonymous woman has come forward with claims that Micheal Jackson, late pop icon, sexually assaulted her and doled out money to keep the act a secret.
Micheal was the subject of various sexual allegations in the 1990s and many years after his death, they keep springing up.
The woman has filed a lawsuit as ‘Jane Doe’, saying the ‘We are the world’ singer “sexually abused” her when she was 12-years-old.
She is suing for unspecified damages relating to emotional distress, negligence, among others.
According to Daily Mail, she received more than $900,000 between 1993-1996.
To back up her claims, the woman has brought forth collections of handwritten love notes from the great singer.
Some of the notes read as follows:
“I love you sooo much also you’re making me love you even more, the more I talk to you I’m crazy about you all my love Michael, the Monopoly King.”
“I really like talking to you and you are so sweet. But you cannot play Monopoly.”
The alleged victim claims the abuse happened in 1986 after she visited his Hayvenhurst mansion as a tourist, where she was accompanied by her mother.
Micheal had invited them into the house to see his ‘candy area’.
Once there, he had fondled her genitals, kissed her on the mouth, body and abused her sexually, the lawsuit alleges.
She says the act continued until the age of fifteen.
The Michael Jackson estate is yet to make a statement or respond to the allegations.
