Lizzy Anjorin denies rumoured affair with Toyin Abraham’s husband

Lizzy Anjorin, the Nigerian actress, has refuted allegations of an affair with Kolawole Ajeyemi, the husband of Toyin Abraham, her colleague.

Recently, Esther Aboderin, a blogger better known as Esabod, accused Anjorin of engaging in an intimate relationship with Ajeyemi.

But in a post via Instagram on Thursday, Anjorin dismissed the rumours, labeling them “evil”. She also urged the public to disregard the claims.

“Concerning the rumour that is being spread that their marriage is facing challenges, I am not interested. Whatever happens to them is their problem. It does not affect my life. Whoever wants to do evil should continue. Disregard all information,” she said.

This is not the first time Anjorin and Abraham have been embroiled in controversy. In 2019, the two were involved in a highly publicised feud.

Anjorin was allegedly questioned by security operatives in Saudi Arabia on suspicion of drug trafficking during her Hajj pilgrimage. The actress claimed her colleague leaked the story to the media.

Abraham, however, denied any involvement. The dispute between the actresses led to several reactions at the time.

In 2022, Abraham announced that the police had completed their investigation into the matter, and their differences had been resolved.

“Lizzy Anjorin and I, We no longer have issues. Yes, I had to get the police involved. The investigations revealed that I did not wrong her,” Abraham wrote.
