Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, Nigerian singer better Known as Zlatan Ibile, has put out ‘Picture Kodak (Gbemiro Cover)’, a tribute song for the late dancer and video vixen.
Zlatan took to his social media page on Thursday to announce the release of the less than two-minute song.
He also accompanied the post with a note wherein he reflected his encounter with the deceased and her impact in the country’s Afrobeat landscape.
“@picturekodak to think I was still with you two days ago discussing your impact of dance and the Afro beat world at large. This sad news got to me and I can’t quite place it because you still got so much to offer the world with your dance,” he wrote on Instagram.

Zlatan went on recount how he met with the late dancer during the video shoot of ‘My body’, his hit song, that featured Olamide, fellow singer.
“I remember the first time we met at the video shoot of my breakout song ‘My body’ ft Olamide, you appeared to be this short energetic girl with so much beautiful soul while dancing,” he added.
“The world can be a cruel and beautiful place at the same time and I’m glad to share the beautiful part with you ( Love Divine) Kodak. Heaven watch over you, you left a mark in the Nigerian dance scene and the Afro world at large.”
TheCable Lifestyle had earlier reported how Kodak breathed her last on Wednesday while reportedly trying to receive a call on her mobile phone while it was charging.
Tributes have continued to pour in for the deceased as words of her death spread.
